Savoury food, well-appointed room with the balcony and sofa-bed, for instance. Professional and really helpful staff of the hotel. Convenient location with provided shuttle to the mall.

the staff was top-class, attentive, and responded promptly to requests. they helped us get a shuttle to the mall. the room was large, moreover new-fashioned for another with sofa-bed. we appreciated that there were a huge variety of facilities in the room such as: central heating, tv and a microwave.

The staff was very accomodating

It took forever for the hot water to get warm enough for a shower. Like 20 minutes. A lot of wasted water and my time

didn´t mention about the coupon on the breakfast, therefore it had an extra cost.

Just a suitable option for a brief stop-in in Laredo with excellent value for money. The carpets felt sticky and dingy. Make sure to inspect your room carefully before settling in.

Stayed for 2 nights with fam. The staff was super nice, and the breakfast was pretty good too! But the bath could really use some updates, like, we found mold and the tub was broken. A bit disappointing compared to the photos online.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a friendly atmosphere, made my two-night stay enjoyable, and I appreciated the free airport shuttle as well as the fitness center for a quick workout before heading out to explore.

We enjoyed our stay here with easy access to Jarvis Plaza, just a short 10-minute stroll away, and the beautiful Laredo Water Museum, located almost 2 km down the road, making city exploration easy for weekend wanderers like us.

Had a clean, spacious double room with air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom. The hotel had a nice outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. I appreciated the fridge and microwave for quick snacks. Parking was free and easy. The Starbucks in the lobby made my mornings convenient with coffee and breakfast options.
